First-ever wing drone built in Ghana by SokoAerial and STS

Application of technology becoming the main topic in Africa these days as we just encounter the first-ever wing drone built in Ghana by SokoAerial and STS.

Centre for Unnamed aerial system research yesterday tested their first-ever successful low altitude reconnaissance drone with flying colours. Various test points were carried out and the drone performed marvellously. A second model also passed ground tests with the maiden flight expected soon.

The Unnamed Aerial System research laboratory, in partnership with the Signal Training School and Directorate of Communications of the Ghana Armed Forces, seeks to develop local drones for both civil and military applications.
