MTN Ghana has shared 2GB worth of data to all customers to make up for the loss during their internet service failure.
MTN Ghana took Customers and the whole nation by surprise when their internet network come to halt instantly for more than two days. the company attributed the network failure to damaged network fiber by a submarine.Advertisements
MTN fixed the issue and restored their internet services, technology gist wondered if MTN Ghana will in any way compensate customers since their data doesn’t expire anymore.
on 23rd January 2020, MTN Ghana gave all customers 2GB internet data.
